Validators are responsible for: • Authenticating transactions and maintaining the integrity of the blockchain. • Processing and ordering blocks, cryptographically signing them to confirm their validity. • Ensuring the availability and stability of the network by running nodes 24/7. • Enforcing network rules and participating in protocol updates if a governance model is implemented.
Facilitating connectivity via API/RPC for public applications or Dapps. Voting privately on all required updates and technical changes.
